Prior to joining Kaspersky, she worked at RSA (part of Dell Technologies) for 6 years, where she had a number of roles within their fraud and risk intelligence business unit, including leading their business operations and sales strategy functions. Hatcher has worked in cybersecurity for over 15 years, specialising in fraud prevention for the past decade. Throughout her career in fraud prevention she has developed many relationships within the financial services sector, as well as with online retailers and other industries both within Europe and worldwide. This cross vertical and cross geographical experience provides a deep understanding of how fraud threats and trends emerge, develop and evolve.

Everett Stern

CEO & Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit

Everett Stern currently serves as CEO and Intelligence Director of Tactical Rabbit, a private intelligence agency that provides clients with actionable business intelligence. He made international headlines as a government whistle-blower who helped uncover one of the largest banking scandals of all time. When Stern joined HSBC Bank in 2012, he discovered that the bank was facilitating the transfer of hundreds of millions of dollars by terrorist organizations and major drug dealers, in clear violation of U.S. law. Stern quit HSBC and filed a whistle-blower claim with the SEC. In late 2012, in part as a result of Stern's efforts, HSBC agreed to pay a record $1.9 billion in fines to U.S. authorities. He has been featured in dozens of news articles and broadcasts, and appeared in a Netflix documentary, "Dirty Money," on Wall Street and corporate greed.

Christopher S. Delzotto is a Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) assigned to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) New York Field Office. SSA Delzotto currently oversees a Financial Crimes squad, where the investigations focus on bank fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering. Prior to this assignment, SSA Delzotto was assigned to FBI - Headquarters, where he managed money laundering investigations for 12 FBI Field Offices composing the south central region of the U.S. SSA Delzotto spent the first seven years of his FBI career investigating Securities and Corporate Fraud matters. SSA Delzotto was the lead investigator in the following cases of note, including: U.S. vs. Martin Shkreli, U.S. vs. Howard Leventhal, and U.S. versus Bruce Bagley, to name a few. SSA Delzotto holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, a M.B.A, and is CAMS certified.

She held positions as Audit Chief of Staff and Risk Officer as well - establishing the audit department's global departmental practices and governance. Dora is an active Board Director of InfraGard's New York Metro Chapter (affiliated with the FBI) and was the recipient of the InfraGard Northeast Region IMA Leadership Award in 2019. She is a Board Officer of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners New York Chapter and is the current Audit Committee Chair for the High Technology Crime Investigation Association. She is a steering committee member for the annual New York Metro Joint Cyber Security Conference.
